Personal Injury

Our personal injury experience has extended to a wide range of clients. While most of our personal injury clients have been plaintiffs injured by the wrongful conduct of another, we also defend individuals and business entities that have had a personal injury claim filed against them but don’t have insurance coverage to provide them with an attorney.

To date, we have represented individuals injured in a wide range of intentional torts, negligence and strict liability cases, including the following:

  • Motor Vehicle Accidents, including truck, automobile, motorcycle, aircraft and train accidents.
  • Injuries Received In Petrochemical Plants, including major burn injuries and death claims, including two personal injury trial verdicts, one for $1.3 million and another for $9.0 million, in the mid 1980’s.
  • Assault and Battery cases.
  • Sexual Misconduct.
  • Premises Liability, including injuries received at hotels, retail outlets, recreational facilities, and on dangerous conditions of public property.
  • Product Liability, including automobiles, and other consumer products.
  • Injuries Received While Employed Offshore.
  • Medical Malpractice.
  • Legal Malpractice.

Our clients have included individuals who have suffered a wide range of injuries as well, including:

  • Spinal Injuries.
  • Broken bones.
  • Amputations.
  • Internal Injuries to Organs.
  • Burn Injuries.
  • Electrical Injuries.
  • Closed Head/Brain Injuries.
  • Scalping Injuries.
  • Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder.

We represent plaintiffs in personal injury litigation on a contingency fee basis. Thus you will not have to pay us in advance for representing your interests. A fee is paid to us only once compensation is paid to you either through settlement or a trial. Contact us and we will arrange a free, confidential evaluation of your matter.
